Estelle Roe comments on Young Entrepreneurs Workshop

I was so humbled by the experience of exchanging knowledge and information with the future leaders of our province. I say exchange because I personally received so much more out of the process than purely a one sided attempt from us as mentors, imparting some of our experience to aid the youth in their ventures to becoming solid, contributing members of our community and business sector. 

I was overwhelmed by the undercurrent of immense energy and vitality that bodes well for our future… I felt honoured to be in a position to be guiding the untapped potential of these very bright young minds, with their surprising mature value system and insights… Mostly I felt a sense of confidence in that with very little soft guidance from us, the youth will – with their own creativity and vision – take what is shared with them to the next level and use it for the positive transformation of our society resulting in a successful future for us all. 

Thank you for the opportunity to give back to this extremely receptive group of youngsters. I look forward to a future of many such workshops and dialogue sessions that we will establish to continue on this very worthy journey.
